In 2014 we opened an Onaville school where kids can have access to a meal every day. The first year, we received kids from preschool through third grade. Every year, we add a new grade, so this year, we are up to sixth grade (basic school).

 

We have also created a lady’s choir. As Psalm 96 states, “sing unto the Lord a new song”, so many of the ladies have training every weekend to learn a “new” song. Over 95% of members can't write or read. As a result, we opened a special school for them to learn new songs.

 

In 2013, 95% of people living there were jobless. They stayed home all day long. To solve the problem, we opened a sewing school for them. They learn to make all kinds of dresses, corsages, skirts, and school uniforms. Now, they can sew these items for individuals, schools, and churches, providing an income.
